About the Doctor and Staff of Fianna Family Dentistry

Meet The Doctor

The best part of being a dentist is the relationships that I have with my patients. I am so lucky to see them lose their first tooth, try-out for cheer leading or football, graduate from high school, rush in college, get married, have babies, become a first-time grandparent... I love sharing all these great milestones that life has to offer. I grew up in a quaint, small town where everyone mattered and friendships were valued. My dental office is my small town!

Dentistry is known for its latest advancements in techniques or materials. It is a pleasure for me to improve on what I do and our patients are always amused about how we are ever-evolving and constantly changing to make things better. I choose to only use labs that produce superior workmanship and stand behind their work. I strive for my work to be innovative and to be a person of integrity.

My team has become a second family - some of us have been together for over 20 years. I hire very smart people with high energy and positive personalities. Collectively each member functions well, but individually each one has special skills and talents that are impressive. The treatment planning and teamwork we use to give our patients the best possible outcome is highly rewarding. We put our patients first and provide superior customer care.

Family

Fort Smith is a great place to live and raise kids. My husband, David, is the Director of Claims and Loss Control at Brown Hiller Clark Insurance agency. We have a daughter, Syd, and twin sons, Walker and Wiles. They all graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Syd is currently a PhD student at the University Of Florida and the twins are starting dental school in the fall at University of Florida

My leisure interests include quilting, sewing, and "party-cooking." I love musical theatre and old movies. I am currently taking piano lessons. My family follows the Razorbacks -- whatever the season!

Community Involvement

I enjoy being involved. It is a great way to get to know others and instills a sense of ownership in the community. I am currently serving as a community advisor for the University of Arkansas College of Dental Hygiene. I am a member of the Belle Point Quilters Guild, sustainer to the Junior League of Fort Smith, and served on the Board of the Young Actors Guild. I have volunteered to costume many productions at the Fort Smith Little Theatre and Young Actors Guild.

Tonya | Financial Coordinator/RDA

I've been with Dr. Wiggins for 20 years and I love being a part of this family. I'm here to help with whatever is needed. Most of my time is spent taking care of the day-to-day activities of the business office including maintenance of electronic records, accounts receivable, insurance processing, treatment planning, referrals, and phone calls. I always take the time to visit with patients, though, as they are by far my favorite part of my job!

I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 31 years. We have two grown, married children and one awesome granddaughter. I love spending time with my family.
